Pro-Balance works out lunchtime training which continues working when you’re back at your desk
City centre-based personal training studio, Pro-Balance, has launched a specially designed programme of high intensity one-to-one training packages, which provide a fat-burning effect up to 12 hours after training.
Designed to enable city centre-based workers the opportunity to achieve their fitness goals without impinging on their busy working day, lunchtime programmes consist of individual 30-minute workouts designed to achieve the same effect as a standard 60-minute session.
Andy Jeffries, Pro-Balance owner and personal trainer, explains: “We’ve designed a high intensity programme for busy executives who can’t usually find time for the gym. The sessions consist of a 10-minute warm up followed by 20 minutes’ intensive full body circuit, which raises metabolism to a point where body fat continues to burn hours later when workers are back in the office. The focus is on raising metabolism and providing a full body tone.
“As we provide a one-to-one service there are no queues for equipment or busy changing areas – we provide individual changing suites with all the facilities needed to be work-ready again in minutes.”
