Hi, I’ve been ask over the years why we don’t do a circuit class in town, well now we do, starting from 21st October at Studio 25 Church Street, Manchester. Have a look below at why you should attend! Pro-Balance circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. An exercise “circuit” is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for another circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. With Pro-Balance circuit classes we cater for all age groups to fitness level from beginners to advanced, basically our classes are for everyone. Advantages of Circuit training:
