New Year(2010) it can be a new you!

Well its been a cold start to the year, I’ve never know it so cold,and so much disruption in Manchester this week.

So who has kept to their New Years revolutions .

if I can help, with some free advice, to keep you focused and motivated .

  1. get into a good routine, with your training and nutrition
  2. if you’ve joined the gym, keep changing the workout every 5 or 6 time you do the workout(Keep it interesting ). 
  3. Have you had personal training? it the most cost affected way to get results,that you want.They will push you to and beyond your normal limits,which is good.
  4. having a good diet and have good supplements.

It’s a short one today sorry ,but have to go, have loads of pt session that i booking in, but feel free to contact me and my trainer , we have some great offer on at the moment
