Well its been a cold start to the year, I’ve never know it so cold,and so much disruption in Manchester this week.
So who has kept to their New Years revolutions .
if I can help, with some free advice, to keep you focused and motivated .
- get into a good routine, with your training and nutrition
- if you’ve joined the gym, keep changing the workout every 5 or 6 time you do the workout(Keep it interesting ).
- Have you had personal training? it the most cost affected way to get results,that you want.They will push you to and beyond your normal limits,which is good.
- having a good diet and have good supplements.
